- Use this room to ask questions about exercise, movement, general lifestyle factors, and how to think about your program safely.
- You may be asked for clarifying information (e.g., conditions, medications, recent procedures) to provide safer guidance, but you are never required to share more than you are comfortable with.
- For questions that fall outside CEP scope or require a full medical review, you may be directed to talk with your primary care provider, specialist, or VA team.
